Abstract:Instead of fuzzy membership function,by the theory of backward cloud generator and the algorithm of cloud we evaluate the fuzzy comprehensive system with the cloud model,which has the quality of fuzzy,random and statistic.Finally,with the supervision and testing data of food safety,we compare the method of cloud model with the normal method of fuzzy membership function,which proves that the cloud model has more advantages than the normal method.

Abstract:How to obtain the optimal choice from various programs is an important problem which researchers need to research and solve.In this paper,a model of multi-hierarchical appraisal that combines gray relative relation grade appraisal method with the improved AHP was put forward.As an example,the model was used to evaluate the biomass energy development programs of Zhejiang Province.The overall results showed that biogas programbiomass power programbiodiesel programbiomass pellets and briquettes programbiomass gasification program.It is shown that this method is suitable and rational to evaluate diverse programs involving various influence factors.

Abstract:First, this paper analyzes the characters of power plant projects, researches deeply on their subsystems andsummarizes them. Then, it brings about the principals anddemands of power plant project evaluation, creates thecomprehensive evaluation index systems for power plantprojects by using Delphi method and confirms the weights of the indexes. Moreover, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluatingmodel for power plant projects is set up. It makes sure the programs and methods of the comprehensive index systems evaluation for power plant project. Finally, the model is proved practical by putting it into a specific casestuly. This paper does valuably explore on creating index systems, confirming the weights of indexes and establishing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluating model for power plant projects.

Abstract:An index system on university′s teaching evaluation is presented, and an evaluation model is constructed by adopting Analysis Hierarchy Process to ascertain right weight and combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with the Grey System Theory. Three teachers′ teaching contents, methods, manner and basic training are evaluated. The results are preciser. A feedback mechanism is also established, which is an effective guarantee to improve the teaching quality.

Abstract:The complex network model is the research foundation of complex network, so it is important to evaluate and select model objectively .There is no effective evaluation way up to now. An evaluating method using cloud model is proposed to decrease randomness and fuzziness existing in conventional evaluation. The results of simulating experiments prove that such uncertainty is solved well.

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the flaws of present multiple-attribute and multilevel evaluation methods, concerning the problem of characteristics of the multiple-attribute and multilevel system's appraisal and the particular emphasis on the respective attributes in the evaluation process, as well as its relevance to the environment, an optimal attribute system is proposed, and the multiplicative analytic hierarchy process (MAHP) is used to obtain subjective weight coefficients and the objective weight coefficient evaluating method is given. The deviation between the index value of each level and the values of the same index of other levels are formulated, and an optimal model is gained, thus establishing the weight coefficients of the whole optimal attribute system. Furthermore, the detailed implementation procedure of this method is introduced. Besides, favorable results have been gained by applying the model to the practical problems of economic evaluation.

Abstract:After distributing the methods of the multiattribute synthetic evaluation, we introduced the Cloud-Model propounded by Professor Li, and designed a frame of the synthetic evaluation based on the Cloud-Model. Furthermore, in this chapter, we improved the formula of the Synthesized-Cloud, which adapts to the evaluation problems more than before. Simulation results show that the cloud model, introduced into the synthetic evaluation, solves the uncertain problem based on the linguistic term in a better way. Also, it can freely transform the quality concept to quantity concept. In addition, the improved method could capture more subtle information and the results obtained can be more realistic in nature.
Improvement and Application of Grey Clustering Model in Atmospheric Quality Comprehensive Evaluation

Abstract:A new methodology is presented for comprehensive evaluation of system quality grade based on the exponential whiteness function.Zero weight problems,which occur with the classical grey clustering model,can be solved.A one to one corresponding relationship between value of the index sample and nonzero weight of various grades is established in the new model.As an application,this model can conclude the formula of each single index to work out the maximal value to control or the minimal quantity to cut down.The comprehensive evaluation result of Hangzhou′s atmospheric environmental quality in 2004,indicates the grade is Ⅲ.With the aim at the grade Ⅱ,it also works out the minimal rate to cut down of SO_2,NO_2 and PM_(10) are 22.69%,27.9% and 21.58% respectively.

Abstract:Comprehensive quality evaluation is the measure of the members' comprehensive ability and the premise and foundation of improving the team's operation efficiency. How to accurately obtain the comprehensive quality of members has been a widely concerned issue in the academic and application fields. Taking cooperative performance as the main observation index, this paper proposes a comprehensive quality evaluation model based on cooperative performance, and analyzes the characteristics and shortcomings of this model. In order to solve the problem that the solution cannot be guaranteed, the method of multi objective programming is applied to give the solution strategy based on the deviation variable. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of the model are analyzed with a case study. Theoretical analysis and example calculation show that the model has good interpretability and operability, which not only improves the existing evaluation methods to a certain extent, but also has wide application value in the fields of resource allocation, artificial intelligence and recommendation system.

Abstract:By analyzing the deficiency of the existing approach on scheme building and indexes catching, the author designs a comprehensive evaluation model for normal water level which combines GIS technology with grey correlation analysis. The model considers both scheme building and indexes catching. A method of catching scheme indexes which based on GIS technology is brought up, Then due to the deficiency of existing grey correlation analysis model on different evaluation scales, the grey correlation analysis model is improved and the concept of ideal matrix is proposed. By reversing the inverse indexes to transform scheme indexes matrix into ideal matrix, dimensional different indexes have the same evaluation scale and it provides reliable data for correlation calculation. At last, practical application shows that GIS method is operable and comprehensive evaluation model is available.

Abstract:The author modifies the classical grey relation model to evaluate atmospheric environmental quality. The first improvement is to predigest the model's formula using the reference point. The second modification is to assign the weight ratio based on the contribution of different pollutants. It has been used in valuing atmospheric environmental quality of Hangzhou Economic Development Area in 2003, which indicates the comprehensive grade is Ⅲ. This model can be used not only in comparing the atmospheric environmental quality of different sample areas, but also in analyzing the correlation degrees among the PM- 10 ,SO-2 and NO-2. Furthermore, PM- 10 is the chiefly pollutant of this area in 2003, which is indicated by this model.

Abstract:To study comprehensive evaluation problems in which criteria values and marks are fuzzy numbers,fuzzy numbers are introduced into grey relational comprehensive evaluation field,then a new multi-level and multi-attribute grey relational comprehensive evaluation method based on plane distance between fuzzy numbers is proposed.To evaluate the safety of fastener-style tubular steel formwork-support(FTSF) in project management,a safety assessment of multi-level and multi-attribute system was established on the basis of consultation with a number of FTSF experts.After investigation in 10 construction sites in terms of questionnaire,the weight and mark of each index in the system was brought out.Utilizing the new method,a system of construction safety appraisal for FTSF is presented.Finally an application shows the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method and the assessment system for FTSF.

Abstract:The grade evaluation of urban public traffic network was researched by matter element theory in extenics.Considering each factor of urban public traffic network.the evaluation index system of urban pubhc traffic network was set up.Based on the definition of evaluation grade,a matter element model of the grade evaluation to assess the urban public traffic network was built up by combining quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis,with quantitative analysis on the former.The quantitative number values to express evaluation result were given by calculating relational degree.The multi-ingredient urban pubhc traffic network assessment was transformed into the single-object decision and the evaluation values can directly show the integrative level of the urban public traffic network.The application result shows that it is simple and practical which could be a reasonable and effective method for the multiple attribute evaluation problems.

Abstract:The invention relates to a general comprehensive evaluation system adopting multiple evaluation methods, and belongs to the technical field of auxiliary decision and comprehensive evaluation. The system comprises three functional modules, namely an evaluation index system management module, a comprehensive evaluation model bank and a comprehensive evaluation module. The evaluation process comprises the steps of customization of an evaluation index system, selection of a comprehensive evaluation method, import of evaluation index data, comprehensive evaluation and weighted processing of the evaluation result. The system breaks through the limitation of a single method, and forms an overall comprehensive evaluation system combining the multiple methods; and the evaluation is more scientific and comprehensive by combining the multiple evaluation methods for evaluation. The method has reasonable design and strong practicability, and can provide reference and basis for comprehensive evaluation operation.

At first, it established a model based on multi-level fuzzy theory to evaluate English teaching according to the current development situation of English teaching evaluation. And then, this paper made quantitative analysis of the teaching evaluation result obtained by model calculation, so as to obtain an intuitive and scientific evaluation result.

Abstract:Grouting-efficiency evaluation is a key element in grouting-construction control. However, most existing grouting-efficiency evaluation models do not consider the hesitation and bounded rationality of experts and have difficulty in handling the problem of incomplete decision-making information generated by experts. Furthermore, the diversity of the evaluation indicators used can be further improved. This study conducts a comprehensive evaluation model to address these problems. An objective and reasonable fuzzy evaluation method is demonstrated through the integration of interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy sets, prospect theory, and improved D numbers. The secondary permeability index is introduced to establish a more scientific evaluation indicator system. The proposed model is implemented in evaluating the curtain-grouting efficiency of a hydropower station, and its consistency, representativeness, and superiority are validated and analyzed.

Abstract:It is important nowadays to provide guidance for individuals or organizations to improve their knowledge according to their objectives, especially in the case of incomplete cognition. Based on grey system theory, a knowledge architecture which consists of grey elements including knowledge fields and knowledge units is built. The method to calculate the weightiness of each knowledge unit, with regard to the user's objectives, is detailed. The knowledge possessed by the user is also evaluated with grey clustering method by whitenization weight function.

Abstract:Conceptual hierarchy represents the relationship between objects or concepts in a hierarchical form. The work presented here focuses on creating hierarchies which have a relationship between parent and child nodes but not between siblings. When we evaluate or classify certain objects (e.g., service quality), we often use a conceptual hierarchy which has various items (concept) at its nodes. If the target of the evaluation/classification has more complicated features, we need a more complicated conceptual hierarchy. And currently most conceptual hierarchies are constructed qualitatively. This paper presents two new quantitative approaches in constructing a conceptual multi-level hierarchy. They are novel in the sense that a multi-level hierarchy (conceptual relationship knowledge) can be generated from a set of questionnaire survey data by applying factor analysis, structural equation modeling, and decision tree induction (C5.0) techniques. Through this factor analysis we discovered pattern knowledge from the heap of questionnaire survey data which contained hidden knowledge about the problem domain. It is a fresh idea to consider the questionnaire survey data as another form of knowledge elicitation for pattern discovery. AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) is a widely used technique for multi-criteria decision making. The significance of this paper is that it can substitute the qualitative stage of building hierarchy in the AHP technique, which is renowned for its weakness in hierarchy building.

Abstract:Coal mine safety is a complex system, which is controlled by a number of interrelated factors and is difficult to estimate. This paper proposes an index system of safety assessment based on correlated factors involved in coal mining and a comprehensive evaluation model that combines the advantages of the AHP and a grey clustering method to guarantee the accuracy and objectivity of weight coefficients. First, we confirmed the weight of every index using the AHP, then did a general safety assessment by means of a grey clustering method. This model analyses the status of mining safety both qualitatively and quantitatively. It keeps management and technical groups informed of the situation of the coal production line in real time, which aids in making correct decisions based on practical safety issues. A case study in the application of the model is presented. The results show that the method is applicable and realistic with regard to the core of a coal mine's safety management. Consequently, the safe production of a mine and the awareness of advanced safe production management is accelerated.

Abstract:Postgraduate training performance evaluation is an important part of higher education evaluation. In order to quantitatively evaluate the performance of postgraduate training combined with the needs of talent training in colleges and universities, a comprehensive evaluation system for postgraduate train-ing performance is designed and proposed. The analytic hierarchy process and the entropy method are combined to determine the weights of seven in-put and output indicators, such as funding input, teacher source input, sci-entific research ability, and graduate output quality. The comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model is also applied. This paper tests the above models to evaluate the graduate training performance of 20 colleges at Tianjin Univer-sity. It is found that the weight of student input and graduate output quality combined is 87.69%, which makes them the key indicators to measure the performance of graduate training. Furthermore, it is concluded that the per-formance of the science college was significantly higher than that of the humanities college.
