The contains and comparison relativity of Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in diet with that in the organs and tissues of carassius auratus gibelio

Abstract:The Carassius auratus gibelio was the research object.Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn complement measures in diet were designed according to the L9(34)hand over design.The fish were farmed for 60 days in the room circulation farming system.Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn contain of the diet and organs and tissues were measured by the atom absorbs light photometer method.The results show that,the obvious difference of contain distributes of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn in carassius auratus gibelio organs and tissues were discovered.The Fe,Cu,Mn and Zn in diet had obvious effect on Fe,Mn,Zn in fin,Cu,Mn,Zn in crania,Fe,Cu in heart,hepatopancreas and vertebra,Cu,Zn in whole body,Cu,Mn in spleen,Mn,Zn in kidney,Cu in muscle,ovary,and intestine,Zn in branchial bone,Mn in scale.The Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn comparison mode in organs and tissues contained 3 basic types: the comparison mode of Fe,Cu,Mn,Zn in the spleen,muscle,brain,heart,kidney and whole body belonged to the high Fe type,or the Fe comparison occupied the absoluteness advantage.This mode in carassius auratus gibelio organs and tissues had the obvious relativity with that in diet.The comparison mode in vertebra,branchial bone,intestine,crania and fin belonged to the high Fe,Zn type,and the comparison mode in scale and ovary belonged to high Zn type,these two comparison modes in carassius auratus gibelio organs and tissues were bad relativity with that in diet.
