Determination of the Blood-Drug Concentration of Tanshinone Ⅱ A by Micella Fluorometry

Abstract:Using SLS as a micella reagent, the blood-drug concen tration of tanshione Ⅱ　　A in rabbit blood was monitored contin ously for 24 h under the optimized conditions. The detection limit was 1.2×10 -9 g/mL. The results showed that there was 2.81×10-6～0.30×10-6 g/mL of tanshinone Ⅱ　　A in blood. The proposed method was sim ple and sensitive with good results.
