Abstract:With commercialization of transgenie plants, gene transfolznation technology in plants will bring a new novelty for agriculture. Transgan es should be genes with single copy and without marker gene, and be able to express and stable inheritable in various transgenie plants in a new gene transformation program. Here were discussed marker genes and their safety, and elimination of the marker genes from the tran sgenic plants.
