Abstract:Objective Study the effect of improving biochemical teaching to strengthen students' ability training on the quality.Methods Set classes into class of comparison and class of educational reform stochastically.Traditional method lecture based learning(LBL) was used in class of comparison.In class of educational reform,we used method problem based learning(PBL),that was,arranging the outlines of preparing lessons before class,set questions chains,using medical cases to teach,summary and exercises after class,to develop learning interest and learning ability of students.Results Comparing the learning ability in teaching process and comprehensive assessment results of final ex am,we found that learning ability in class of educational reform was increased(P < 0.01).The teaching effect in class of educational reform was obviously better than class of comparison(P < 0.01).Conclusion By changing the teaching methods in biochemistry,taking effective measures and strengthening the development of students ’ learning ability,students’ learning interest can be increased and the quality of education can be also increased.
