Abstract:Previously only two species of Chrysotus were known to occur in Guangxi of China. Here a revision of the genus from Guangxi is presented. Eight species are herein reported. The following three species are described as new to science: Chrysotus guangxiensis sp. nov., Chrysotus triprojicienus sp. nov. and Chrysotus xiaominae sp. nov. Three species are recorded from Guangxi for the first time: Chrysotus biprojicienus Wei et Zhang, Chrysotus shanxiensis Liu et Yang, and Chrysotus motuoensis Liu et Yang. A key to the species of Chrysotus from Guangxi of China is provided. The relationship of the two genera Dubius and Chrysotus is discuss.

Abstract:Previously 19 species of Chrysotus were reported from Palaearctic China in 2009, 6 new species have been described since then. In this paper, the species from Palaearctic China are reviewed. Two new species are described as new to science: Chrysotus squamae Liu & Yang, sp. nov. and Chrysotus unumprojicienus Liu & Yang, sp. nov. A key to the species of Chrysotus from Palaearctic China is provided.

Abstract:Eleven new species of Chrysotus Meigen are described from southwest China: C. adunatus sp. nov., C. agraulus sp. nov., C. anshunus sp. nov., C. apicicaudatus sp. nov., C. biprojicienus sp. nov., C. fanjingshanus sp. nov., C. fuscitibialis sp. nov., C. laxifacialus sp. nov., C. pallidus sp. nov., C. trapezinus sp. nov. and C. xinanus sp. nov. which belong to the redefined Chrysotus laesus species-group. A key to all species of the C. laesus species-group is provided.

Abstract:Abstract Previously only one species of the genus Chrysosoma Guérin-Méneville was described from Tibet. Here four Chrysosoma species are added to the fauna of Tibet. Abstract:No Diaphorinae were known to occur in Shandong of China before. Here, two species of Chrysotus and one species of Diaphorus are described as new to science: Chrysotus bicercusi Liu & Yang, sp. nov., Chrysotus hypnususi Liu & Yang, sp. nov., Diaphorus hadesusi Liu & Yang, sp. nov. While two species, Chrysotus liui Wang et Yang, 2008 and Chrysotus shanxiensis Liu et Yang, 2015 are recorded from Shandong for the first time. Abstract:There are 21 species of the genus Chrysosoma Guérin-Méneville known from China. The following four species are added to the fauna of China: Chrysosoma nanlingense sp. nov., C. ruyuanense sp. nov., C. shixingense sp. nov. and C. zengchengense sp. nov. Abstract:The status of the 20 genera comprising at least 60 species of Sciomyzidae known from China is reviewed. Ten genera are recorded for the first time from China. A diagnostic key to all genera known from China is provided along with figures of the main characters. The geographic distribution of every genus known from China is discussed and distribution maps are presented. Recorded for the first time in the Oriental Region are 2 genera (Coremacera Rondani, 1856 and Pherbina Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830) and 5 species (in Dichetophora Rondani, 1868, Pherbellia Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830, and Tetanocera Dumeril, 1800). Euthycera meleagris Hendel, 1933, previously synonymized with Dichetophora meleagris (Hendel, 1933), is resurrected as a valid name. Pherbellia brevistriata Li, Yang & Gu, 2001 is placed as a junior synonym of Pherbellia nana reticulata (Thomson, 1869). Reported for the first time are the female of Pherbellia ditoma Steyskal, 1956 and the male of Pherbellia orientalis Rozkosny & Knutson, 1991, both discovered in China during this study.
