Abstract:The eco-toxicological effects of veterinary drug residues in environment have received widespread attention,and the influence of veterinary drugs residue on the resistance of microbial was studied.The review describes the distribution of veterinary drugs residues and the resistance of bacteria to veterinary drugs in environment firstly;it secondly introduces the sources of resistance genes as well as transmission and finally the impact to drug resistant bacteria of elaborate veterinary drug residues in environment.The review can provide a reference to the veterinary drug resistance as well as resistance genes in environment.

Abstract:With the development of science and technology, more and more noxious algae have been discovered and the structures of them have been analyzed in detail. Based on the existing literature, this article reviews and analyzes the toxins produced Aphanizomenon flos-aquae and Anabaena flos-aquae. The impacts on animals and molecular structures of these toxins, and the techniques and ways to test and remove these toxins are also discussed.

Abstract:Trichothecenes toxins are seriously polluted in food and feed，mainly T-2 toxin and deoxynivalenol (DON)，which have strong toxic effects and cause serious harm to humans and animals. Therefore，the detoxification method of trichothecenes has gradually become a research hotspot，especially biological detoxification. Many microorganisms have been proven to be able to degrade mycotoxins，including bacteria，fungi and yeasts，and can degrade toxins into low-or non-toxic products. The thesis focused on biological detoxification as a starting point，and summarized the current research status of the detoxification of T-2 toxin and DON in trichothecenes from the perspectives of bacteria，fungi，and yeasts in order to provide scientific basis for subsequent development of safer and more efficient biological detoxification methods.

Abstract:The research progress in ecological environmental impact of the veterinary drug residues was reviewed from the aspects of the environmental behavior of the veterinary drug residues such as transportation,accumulation and degradation and their influences on animals,plants and microorganisms,etc.The research priorities in the field of eco-toxicities of veterinary drug residues were prospected.It is pointed out that many veterinary drugs are adsorbed by soil and accumulated by plants,earthworms,and other organisms.The effects of veterinary drugs on plants and soil microbial community are mainly dependent on the properties of veterinary drugs and types of soil.The antimicrobials easily induce bacterial resistance and even pollution-induces community tolerance(PICT) in soil.So veterinary drug residues become long-term risks to ecosystem health including human beings.

Abstract:Bt biopesticide is one of the most effective and the most widely used microbial insecticides at present,and it has a best pest control,pollution-free,no residue,furthermore,it can maintain the fine quality of agricultural products.Because of the less toxic to mammals,Bt biopesticide is safe for people and animals.This paper summarizes several detection methods of Bt biopesticide,including spore count,bioassay,immunoassay PCR,HPLC and so on.Moreover,the research situation and the problems of these methods are discussed.

Abstract:With the rapid development of nanotechnology and wide application of nanomaterial in the field of high-tech,the environment safety of nanomaterial,especially its bio-toxicity,has received considerable attention.Base on the brief introduction of some common carbon nanomaterials,this paper analyzed the potential enter pathways,transfer and distribution of carbon nanomaterials in living organisms.The progress of potential bio-toxicities and the underlying mechanisms of carbon nanoparticles were reviewed emphatically in this paper for better acknowledge their potential health and environmental risks.Finally,the future research perspective of carbon nanomaterials in field of bio-toxicity was proposed.

Abstract:The technology that using photobacteria to test environmental pollutants is becoming more and more mature,and the research on it is gradually going deep in recent years.The research progress on the photobacteria applied in analysis and monitoring of pollutants′ toxicity,industrial wastewater toxicity,operation effect of wastewater treatment facilities,environmental protection acceptance monitoring of completed projects and some other areas were summarized.Its pretreatment process——active enrichment and passive enrichment were also introduced.It was concluded that,combining photobacteria with modern analysis apparatus,photoelectric technology and latest chemical analysis methods was the development direction of its application in toxicity testing.

Abstract:Trichothecenes were a large class of mycotoxins,which were highly toxic to humans and animals.They were commonly found in grain and in animal feed and in human food produced from contaminated grain.It was not only a concern for food safety, but also highly relevant to the livestock industry.Methods of controlling trichothecenes in food and feed were being studied, among which bio-detoxification was a hot research at present,such as the use of microorganisms and enzymes,to convert the toxins into non or less toxic compounds. Bio-detoxification had a broad prospect, as it had lots of advantages.This review described the chemical structures and toxicity functional groups of trichothecenes,and researched progress of microbes of detoxification of trichothecenes, hoped to provide some reference for study on transformation and degradation of trichothecenes.

Abstract:The potential impact of transgenic Bt crops on ecological environment has induced increasing attention in the world.The way that how to degrade transgenic crops fast and the effects of their products on the soil ecosystem are all our focal points.This review summarizes the results of a variety of experiments that have been conducted to specifically test the soil degradation characteristics of transgenic crops.The relationship between soil components and Bt toxin protein degradation,and some factors controlling the degradation of Bt protein in soils are also discussed.The eco-environment effects of transgenic Bt crops degradation in soils are generally pointed out and finally,problems and directions that should be paid attention to in related studies were also pointed out.

Abstract:Saxitoxin is potent marine biotoxin that can cause paralytic shellfish poisoning when consumed.It is from poisonous algae in ocean or fresh water and accumulats in shellfish,crab by food chain.Food poisoning because of eatting poisonous fishery products by mistake is often a major public health issue for food hygiene and overall food safety.With the development of research,Saxitoxin is more and more important in red tide detection,molecular biology,neurobiology,medical diagnosis,medicine exploitation,food safety and warfare agent application.Six areas are covered in the paper,including their resource,structure,character,mechanism of action total,synthesis and production,exploratory development,and prospect.

Abstract:Aflatoxin is extremely toxic, mutagenic and carcinogenic. It poses severe threat to both livestock productivity and human health and thus brings huge worldwide economic losses on food industry, feed industry and animal husbandry each year. A safe, effective and environmental detoxification method is urgently needed for controlling this toxin because of many application defects of aflatoxin physical and chemical detoxification. Researches on aflatoxin biological detoxification in home and abroad, as well as application prospects of biological detoxification were reviewed in this paper.

Abstract:An increasing number of antibiotics were used as food additives and veterinary medicines in stockbreeding and fishery.Most of these antibiotics could not be Absorbed by animals and were discharged through dejecta in the original shape or metabolized forms.At last these antibiotics entered into soil environments in different routes and accumulated in soil.Antibiotics have become the emerging contaminants of soil.To evaluate the potential impacts of antibiotics released into soil environments,this paper reviewed the pollution levels,fate and ecological toxicity of antibiotics in soils to provide basis for preventation and remediation of antibiotics polluted soils.

Abstract:Consumption of seafood contaminated by marine toxins will result in various poisoning syndromes. Marine biotoxins are toxic chemicals mainly derived from harmful algal blooms. Particular attention is paid to components analysis, detection methods and therapeutical treatment. Marine biotoxins are classified into various types based on the chemical structure, isolated sources and mechanisms of toxicity. In order to protect the public safety and health, there have been more and more researches on the detection of marine biotoxins. At present, the detection methods of marine biological toxins include biological detection methods, physical and chemical detection methods, and integrated detection methods. This article will review the research progresses and characteristics of marine biotoxin detection technology.

Abstract:Mycotoxins are highly toxic metabolites produced by fungi that pose a huge threat to human and animal health. Contamination of food and feed with mycotoxins is a worldwide issue, which leads to huge financial losses, annually. Decades of research have developed various approaches to degrade mycotoxins, among which the biological methods have been proved to have great potential and advantages. This review provides an overview on the important advances in the biological removal of mycotoxins over the last decade. Here, we provided further insight into the chemical structures and the toxicity of the main mycotoxins. The innovative strategies including mycotoxin degradation by novel probiotics are summarized in an in-depth discussion on potentialities and limitations. We prospected the promising future for the development of multifunctional approaches using recombinant enzymes and microbial consortia for the simultaneous removal of multiple mycotoxins.
