The Research of Collaborative Innovation Financial Environment---Base on the Method of System Simulation

Abstract:Nowadays, with the advance of the economy and society, the collaborative innovation has already become one of the most important models of technology innovation in China. However, the present collaborative innovation in China is not perfect and has a number of problems. The mature and well-developed collaborative innovation model is supposed to be directed by the market and sup-ported by the financial institutions under the leadership and guidance of the government. The body of the collaborative innovation should be enterprises and the main force is colleges and universities as well as the research institutions. However, in fact, at the present stage, most of the collaborative innovations in China is mainly led and directed by government instead of the market. In addition, most of them are funded by government instead of financial institutions. This article studies the relationship among different parties and ana-lyses roles played by all parties in the collaborative innovation model by system simulation.
