Abstract:The innovative and entrepreneuria1 abi1ity is an important manifestation of the comprehensive qua1i-ty of co11ege students. Gui1in University of E1ectronic Techno1ogy as a 1oca1 engineering university,according to training of engineering app1ication ta1ents,taking to reform the course teaching as the focus,to bui1d practica1 p1atform as the core,to estab1ish the service system for the key,carries out co11ege students'innovation education for university characteristics in-depth. In order to achieve the organic combination of in-c1ass and after-c1ass, theory and practice,both interna1 and externa1,various resources require the the college-enterprise society cooper-ation. To integrate various resources of the university,enterprise and society,to bui1d a“Three-1eve1,Four-p1atform, Four-guarntee” system of innovation and entrepreneurship education,to make the training of innovative and en-trepreneuria1 education throughout the process of engineering app1ication ta1ents training,and to penetrate into the professiona1 education are needed. Fina11y,the outstanding resu1ts are obtained.
