Abstract:Crowd in the emergency department is an important factor affecting the safety of the medical system at this stage.On the basis of scientifically defining the crowded connotation of Emergency Department,by consulting and translating the literature and websites of Emergency Departments of the United States,advanced practices and experiences of crowding in the United States Emergency Department is introduced.On the basis of comparative analysis of the causes of congestion in China and the United States,its common causes are found to provide the experience of a reasonable reference and localization.The introduction of emergency room crowding assessment tools,the management of the emergency department crowded professional team,and the emergency department crowded full-time staff are provided with a view to China's urgent need to solve the congestion of Emergency Department.
