International and domestic experience and revelation of e-learning in hospital management

Abstract:E-learning has been widely applied in several aspects of hospital management, including clinical skills and infection control training, patient communication, emergency response management and so on. Based on international and domestic experience, we summarized the significant superiority of applying e-learning in hospital management and brought forward the main contents and steps of implementing e-learning in hospital management. In conclusion, implementing e-learning in hospital management through the specific phases and steps could contribute greatly to improving core-competitiveness of hospital management.
