Study of Information Planning for Hospital Group--TongJi Hospital as an Example

Abstract:With the increasingly focus on medical resources all over China and the rapid development of medical undertakings, building up of medical groups and Health Alliance have become the effective method to promoting the development of health institutions. It can not only bring complementary advantages, shared resources and mutual benefit, but also great conveniences for patients. For hospital informatization is the vital method of hospital management, thus information system targeted for collectivized hospitals becomes the significant direction for HIS plan. Based on the real requirement, this paper makes the plan on the following two aspects: network plan and information system. For the former one, it could realize the internal business network by using optical network;for the later one, plans on information system could be divided to group levels and hospital levels. With the help of group level informatization, information exchange and business collaboration between hospitals could be realized. It could also meet the management requirements of different hospitals. The planning in this paper could bring evidence for the informatization construction of collectivized hospitals.
