Abstract:Objective:The study is to analyze the association of patient safety climate with quality control management and patient satisfaction. Methods:Questionnaire surveys were used to collect the data about status of quality control management,patient satisfaction and employees’ perception on patient safety climate in seven public general hospitals of Pudong New Area. Analyses of variance and t tests were used to analyze the association of patient safety climate with quality control management and patient satisfaction. Results:Hospitals with better patient safety climate had better quality control management and higher patient satisfaction. Conclusion:Hospitals should create better patient safety climate to improve quality control management and finally to improve patient satisfaction.
