Abstract:Patient loyalty is helpful to enhance the continuity of health service and patient's compliance to the service,which is an important content to evaluate the quality of medical service.Based on the literature review,the influential factors of patient loyalty were analyzed from four aspects:patient factors,medical institution factors,medical service factors and environmental factors.The limitations of current studies were pointed out,and future research directions were proposed.
