Effect Evaluation of Community Grading Management of Dyslipidemia in Hangzhou

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of community classification management of dyslipidemia in Hangzhou,and to explore the useful method of dyslipidemia management.Methods Using Hangzhou health records system,taking the district as a unit,1 252 patients who were enrolled in the pilot project of the comprehensive pre-vention and control of dyslipidemia in Hangzhou were selected as intervention group,and another 1 020 patients who were not enrolled in the project were selected as control group.Personalized classification follow-up intervention after comprehensive cardiovascular and cerebrovascular risk classification by the general practitioners team were provided to the intervention group,and the control group maintain routine health education and outpatient services.Results TC of the intervention group decreased from 5.48 ± 1.07 mmol/L to 4.87 ± 1.04 mmol/L,TG decreased from 2.35 ± 1.15 mmol/L to 1.94 ± 0.86 mmol/L,LDL-C decreased from 3.21 ± 0.90 mmol/L to 2.51 ± 0.90 mmol/L,HDL-C increased from 1.30 ± 0.43 mmol/L to 1.59 ± 0.64 mmol/L.Index level before and after intervention were statisti-cally significantly different(P<0.05).TC and LDL-C Standard rate of patients in all dangerous groups of the inter-vention group increased,TC standard rate in the low dangerous group was 100%,in the middle dangerous group was 85.5%,in the high-risk group was 51.2%,in the very high-risk group was 23.1%,all of which were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).TG standard rate in the low dangerous group was 95.9%,in the dangerous group was 56.2%,in the high-risk group was 23.1%,in the very high-risk group was 7.9%,all of which were sig-nificantly higher than the control group(P<0.05)except the high-risk group.Conclusion Classification management is an effective method for the management of dyslipidemia.
