Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of different delivery methods on delivery women and babies in the Uterine Scar subsequent pregnancy.Methods All relevant study in Chinese and English Database were searched via internet.The retrieval time was updated to August,2016,and then meta-analysis was performed by using RevManS.3 software.Results A total of 1104 articles were retrieved,but only 33 were finally included in this study,with totally 7027 cases.Meta-analysis showed that,on the aspects of asphyxia incidence rate,birthweight,amount of bleeding,incidence of puerperal fever,and hospital days the vaginal delivery is better than cesarean section.Conclusion In comparison,thevaginal delivery can reduce the implications,but it brings the incidence of hysterorrhexis,therefore if vaginal delivery is the best choice depends on the specific conditions.
