Abstract:Objective To adopt project management method to improve the administration of high -risk medical technology , such as Da Vinci robot operation system .Methods The Da Vinci robot management group applied project management approach to fulfill ethical certification , technological assessment and personnel train-ing,dynamic supervision and quality control , so as to monitor and prevent the occurrence of adverse events .Re-sults From September 2014 to September 2015 , among all the 394 cases completed by the Da Vinci robot opera-tion system, only one case had complication .The dynamic growth trend of the operation is consistent with the big data of the operations finished by Da Vinci robot system in the mainland .This project has successfully achieved the coordination of medical safety management and high -tech applications , fulfilled the integration of social and eco-nomic benefits , and promoted the influence of both the hospital and the department .Conclusion Project manage-ment approach is advantageous to fulfill the supervision of high -risk medical technology , accelerate the upgrade of medical technology and enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital .
