Applications of Enhanced Recovery after Surgery under the Medicare Supply Reform Program

Abstract:November 2015 , the national economy was faced with the highlighted situation of supply draw-backs.The government first proposed the “supply reform program” strategic thought.The supply reform program was introduced to the health care reform , which means the medicare supply reform program should start by expan-ding the the quantity and quality of medical supplies , using innovative solutions to improve the inadequate supply of medical services and solving the problem of inefficient tripartite system reform including “medical , health care , medicine”, so as to improve difficult and expensive medical treatment .Public hospitals should adapt to the supply reform program under the guidance of the Chinese medical reform .Enhanced recovery after surgery ( ERAS ) has been applied for nearly 20 years, with proved clinical and social effects .ERAS may be used in supply reform pro-gram to solve the problem of inefficient tripartite system reform , and become the feasible starting point for public hospitals to adapt to Chinese medical reform in the near future .
