Abstract:Objective To study the chemical constituents of root and rhizome of Trillium tschonoskii Maxim.Methods The compounds from the 70%(φ) ethanol extracts were isolated by silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,ODS column chromatography and HPLC techniques.And these compounds were identified by the physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods.Results Eleven compounds were isolated from the 70%(φ) ethanol extract of T.tschonoskii Maxim,whose structures were determined as chonglouoside Ⅵ(1),penogenin-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),chonglouoside Ⅶ(3),trikamsteroside B(4),(25S)-27-hydroxypenogenin-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5),(25S)-27-hydroxypenogenin-3β-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→4)-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)]-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),polyphylloside Ⅲ(7),trikamsteroside E(8),parispseudoside B(9),aethioside A(10),parispseudoside A(11).Conclusions Compounds 9-11 are isolated from Liliaceae for the first time,7 is isolated from Trillium for the first time,4-6 and 8 are isolated from T.tschonoskii Maxim.for the first time.
