Abstract:Alzheimer's disease is the most common type of old age dementia.The traditional Chinese and west-ern medicines in recent years were reviewed in the paper.Based on the relevant literatures of treatment for Alzheimer's disease,the paper analyzes the etiology and pathogenesis, diagnosis classification.The paper also summarizes the combination of the traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment and research pro-gress of Alzheimer's disease.
