Abstract:Objective The relevant literature on the treatment of cerebral infarction in recent ten years is summa-rized. Methods Through the retrieval of CNKI and Wanfang database,157 literatures were collected and analyzed, and to eliminate duplicate documents,described the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of traditional Chinese medi-cine(including injection,proprietary Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine decoction and acupuncture)and the cooperation of Chinese and Western combined treatment. Results The stroke of TCM can be summarized as wind,fire,phlegm,blood stasis,deficiency. The current injection is Chinese herbal extract,the main form of proprietary Chinese medicine is pills,powder,granule. Decoction of Chinese medicine is mainly experience prescription. Treat-ments of acupuncture in mainly about electroacupuncture,warmed needle,scalp acupuncture. The combination of Chi-nese and Western medicine treatment is based on the conventional treatment of Western medicine and traditional Chi-nese medicine treatment,the effect is better than pure western medicine treatment. Conclusion Chinese medicine in the treatment of cerebral infarction have advantage and efficacy,it is worth promoting.
