Abstract:"Form and spirit existing at the same time in living systems" is an important concept of the classical book Inner Canon of Huangdi.The "form" was not different from the understanding of modern anatomical structure,which could be identified by capillary network and nerve fibers as basic skeleton of organs.Other histological structures of the organs are around them to form a resonator of electromagnetic waves and standing waves that is a dynamic dissipative structure.Inner Canon of Huangdi is also regard the "spirit" having vector properties.And I call it "life vector",which is rotating in accordance with the movements of celestial bodies and biorhythms.We find that the measurement of the "degree of coherence" provides a objectively and quantitatively method to approximately measure the "life vector" in the Inner Canon of Huangdi.
