The epidemiological analysis of 3453 cases in pre-hospital medical care for Yuzhong district in Chongqing city

Abstract:Objective To investigate the epidemiological information of patients in pre-hospital medical care for Yuzhong district in Chongqing city and probe the patients′ characteristic.Methods The data of yuzhong district in 2008 were exported from the computer database of Chongqing emergency medical center.Results ①The scheduling time,running time,rescue time and service radius of patients in pre-hospital medical were(1.42±1.01)、(16.58±7.33)、(16.40±7.54)min and(11.06±5.12)km,and the above parameter of patients in the death group were(1.35±0.93)、(12.16±7.06)、(38.72±19.69)min and(6.99±4.03)km respectively;②The patients′amounts of the death amounts in pre-hospital medical care distributed mastly in the next half year;③In 3453 cases of pre-hospital medical care,The patients′amounts of trauma,especially in traffic accident,was at most,which the patients′age grades was by far among 21～50,and the others in sequence were nerves system,circulatory system,respiratory system and digestive system respectively,which the patients′age grades was by far above 51,especially above 70;④The death amounts of circulatory system(especially in sudden cardiac death),respiratory system and nerves system ranked at the 1th,4th,5threspectively,which the patients′age grades was by far above 51,especially above 70.The death amounts of trauma ranked at the 2nd,which the patients′age grades was by far among 21～50,and the death amounts of the other group ranked at the 3rd,⑤The total or death amounts of the man patients was more than the one of the female patients.Conclusion s①It is very important to cut the death rate of the middle-old age patients by strengthening prevention and cure of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,discerning the critical illness early and improving the level of pre-hospital medical care;②It is a strong method to decrease the total or the death amounts of the trauma,especially in traffic accident,by strengthening safety in production,observing traffic regulation and enhancing the legal awareness.
