Construction of evaluation index system for perioperative nursing quality minimally invasive treatment of digestive endoscopy

Abstract:Objective To establish the perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment through digestive endosco-py with specialist specificity and provide reference for standard specialist nursing quality evaluation. Methods Based on literature review and half - structure in-terview to estabish the framework of evaluation. Delphi method was applied to carry out two rounds of 17 experts authority,the analytic hierarchy process was used to identify the weights of all levels of indexes,and the results of consultation were analyzed statistically. Results The expert authority coefficient were 0. 871 and 0. 862,positive coefficient of experts were 89. 47% and 100. 00%,the experts coordination coefficient were 0. 312 and 0. 506(P < 0. 01). The consistency of ex-pert opinion concentration was high. The perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment was formed including 3 primary indicators,8 secondary indicators and 36 tertiary indicators. Conclusion The perioperative nursing quality evaluation indicator system of minimally invasive treatment based on Delphi method had high expert opinion concentration and confidence level,and it can promote the continuous improvement of clinical nursing quality.
