Abstract:Objective To analysis the Influencing factors of the changes of bacteria count in icu of burn center,in order to provide relaible evidence for control bacteria count in burn wards andestablishing more standardized burn ward air disinfection policy. Methods By convenience sampling, three wards with same ward facing and the size in our burn center from September 2014 to September 2015 were selected.Take the impact method (QuickTake 30 sampling pump) for sampling of airborne bacteria 30mins before and after dressing change when the wards have already been wet cleansed.Data were analyzed. Results The count of bacteria have increased significantly in burn ward after dressing change (P<0.01).More bacteria could be counted when the number of staffs walked in and out the ward increased (P<0.05),it was a correlation with bacteria count after dressing change (correlation coefficient was 0.499,P =0<0.01).In the same ward, the larger of burn surface area patients, the higher the count in indoor bacteria (P =0.038<0.05),there was correlation between the two (r =0.40,P < 0.01).On the other hand, the more the number of patients needing dressing change at the same time, the higher the count of indoor bacteria (P<0.05),there is correlation between the two(r=0.471,P =0<0.01).Conclusion There is a need to reduce unnecessary personnel in and out of the ward during dressing change, including medical and non-medical personnel, nurses doing the dressing change should be fixed as far as possible,to reduce staff turnover. And we need to design reasonable medical working process and working way.In daily work,we should make the number of inpatient reasonable, make sure that patient with large burn area has single ward as far as possible, strengthen the purification and circulation of the indoor air.Make reasonable arrangement of the time and process of the dressing change for every patient in the wards.
