Abstract:Objective To investigate the application and efficacy of the nursing outcomes on the basic nursing.Methods Using convenience sampling method,36 elderly inpatients were enrolled in the self-control study.The oral health grading standards ofnursing outcomes classification(NOC) was used to grade before the systemic nursing process practicing and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the implementation.Health education was promoted under the guidance of the scoring items.Results Compared with the scores by the oral health grading standands of NOC before practicing systemic nursing process and at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the implementation,the paired comparison showed significant differences(P0.05).Conclusion The NOC grading system can effectively standardize oral care program as well as improve and maintain the patient's oral hygiene.
