Abstract:Objective To analyze the case of second-trimester fetal ultrasound imaging brain hemodynamics MI arterial segment. Methods 88 cases accepted fetal brain artery hemodynamics MI segment examination of pregnant women in the second trimester were selected from January 2014 to January 2016 in our hospital.Ultrasound, color Doppler ultrasound in pregnancy were respectively utilized for the detection of fetal cerebral artery proximal segment MI (0~1/3) and distal (>2/3) of hemodynamic parameters in the early, mid and late stage of pregnancy: peak systolic velocity (PSV), systolic of peak velocity/diastolic velocity (S/D), resistance index (RI), pulsatility index (PI), and segment MI cerebral artery images were analyzed. Results Flow spectrum situation MI cerebral artery proximal and distal segments were zigzag shape, and the whole cycle of blood flow were one-way flow, but both forms, there were some differences in amplitude; In second trimester fetal brain artery near section MI end (0~1/3) and distal (>2/3) of hemodynamic parameters with increasing gestational age, PSV index was rising, while the S / D, RI, PI were decreased.Among average indicators in second trimester, MI fetal brain artery proximal segment was greater than the distal, group comparison between the results had significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Second trimester fetal middle cerebral artery proximal and distal S/D, RI, PI index MI sections are positively correlated with gestational age, but it is negatively correlated with the PSV index. The proximal end of the second trimester of fetal middle cerebral artery hemodynamics MI is higher than that of the distal segment and it is stable. To grasp the situation and the changes of blood flow spectrum with the gestational age of the different segments of the MI segment second trimester fetal brain artery can provide a more scientific basis for the detection of fetal growth and development.
