Application Technique of SCTA in Diagnosis of Intracranial Vascular Disease

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the optimization technique of 3D-SCTA inintracranial vascular.Methods Three-dimensional spiral CT angiography（SCTA） was performed in 45 cases.After the contrast (3～4ml/s) was fast injected,the all dates were collected from scan and then was transferred to computer.The 3D software was used to reconstruct 3D images.Results 43 cases demonstrated very clear 3D intracranial vascular images.Only 2 cases with 3D image was insufficient,because the contrast-injected rate was slight slowly.Conclusion 3D-SCTA is a noninvasive and useful technique for demonstrating the intracranial vascular 3D anatomy.Among the various technique factors,the contrast- injected rate and the CT threshold value are the most important factors.
