Construction of evidence-based quality indexes on cardiac rehabilitation nursing

Abstract:Objective To construct evidence-based quality indexes on cardiac rehabilitation nursing to provide reference for quality evaluation monitoring of cardiac rehabilitation nursing.Method Formulate rigorous retrieval strategy and assess level and quality of literature by Johns Hopkins evidence grade and quality evaluation method.Draw up quality indexes on cardiac rehabilitation nursing and make two rounds of expert consultation.Result 13 quality indexes on cardiac rehabilitation nursing are constructed,such as rate of correct usage of drug and blood pressure control.Active coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation are 100％ and 97.2％.Experts' authority coefficients are 0.831 and 0.840.Coefficient of variation on importance of each index after two rounds of expert consultation is 0.00～0.10.Coefficient of variation on rationality of calculation formula is 0.00～0.09.Coefficient of variation on maneuverability of collecting information is 0.03～0.09.Conclusion Evidence-based quality indexes on cardiac rehabilitation nursing is highly scientific and can provide reference for quality evaluation monitoring of cardiac rehabilitation nursing.
