Abstract:Pulmonary fibrosis is a kind of lethal lung tissue injury diseases caused by various etiologies,with the main performance of fibroblast proliferation and collagen deposition.The molecular mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis mainly focus on the initiating factors of the fibrosis and the myofibroblast proliferation and differentiation.Studies show that the whole course of pulmonary fibrosis is regulated by the mechanisms of cytokine networks and intracellular signal transduction.The research on molecular regulatory mechanisms of pulmonary fibrosis can be beneficial to the development of anti fibrosis therapy.
