Abstract:Objective To explore the combination of Chinese and Western medicine combined with minimally invasive laparoscopic surgery in the clinical eff icacy of the treatment of acute intestinal obstruction.Methods Retrospective analysis of surgery in Baiyun people's hospital from October 2001 to October 2009 were treated 146 cases of clinical data in patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group 73 cases,the purposes of the combined Chinese and Western medicine treatment of adhesive intestinal laparoscopic surgery obstruction in the control group,73 patients taking laparoscopic surgery adhesive intestinal obstruction.Results There were no deaths in the treatment group mean operative time was(65±18)min,control group,mean operative time was(64±19)min,no signifi cant difference between the two groups(P0.05);the treatment group The average time for the fi rst time,exhaust(1.3±1.2)d,the control group mean time to fi rst exhaust time(2.1±1.8)d,signifi cant difference between the two groups(P0.01);treatment group complication rate was 4.1%(6/146),the control group complication rate was 11.6%(17/146),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P0.05);The treatment group complication rate was 4.1%(6/146),the control group complication rate was 11.6%(17/146),the difference was statistically signifi cant(P0.05);treatment group,average length of stay(7.2±4.3)d,the average treatment time of the control group(9.3±4.7)d,statistically significant difference between the two groups(P0.05);The average hospitalization cost of the treatment group(6964±2539)yuan,the control group mean hospitalization costs(7534±2813)yuan,the difference was statistically signifi cant(P0.05).Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine combined with laparoscopic surgery and minimally invasive treatment of adhesive intestinal obstruction in patients with trauma,faster postoperative recovery,fewer complications and shorter hospital stay and hospitalization cost less and so on.
