Abstract:To-expl-ore-the-operati-on-methods-and-results-of-retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-nephrecto-my-for-the-treat-ment-of-nonfuncti-oni-ng-ki-dney-with-giant-hydronephrosis-.Methods-:Retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-ne-phrecto-my-was-perfor-med-on-36-cases-of-nonfuncti-oni-ng-ki-dney-with-hydronephrosis-.The-retroperitoneal-cavity-was-established-.After-wards-,3-trocars-were-i-nserted-through-the-l-u-mbar-regi-on-,the-ki-dney-was-dissociated-par-tiall-y-,and-a-s-mall-hole-was-made-,foll-o-wed-by-i-ntrarenal-fl-ui-d-drai-nage-.Then-the-ki-dney-was-full-y-mobilized-,the-renal-pedicle-was-exposed-,and-bl-ocked-with-He-m-o-l-ok-,the-nonfuncti-oni-ng-ki-dney-was-taken-out-i-n-a-speci-men-bag-,and-the-retroperitoneal-drai-nage-catheter-was-placed-.The-operati-on-ti-me-,bl-ood-l-oss-,co-mplicati-ons-duri-ng-and-after-operati-on-and-the-operati-ve-efficacy-were-observed-.Results-:All-the-operati-ons-were-successfull-y-co-mple-ted-.The-mean-operati-ve-ti-me-was-(92??5-±32??8-)mi-n-(60-1-80-mi-n-),and-bl-ood-l-oss-was-(31??4-±5??2-)mL-(1-0-1-00-mL-).Drai-nage-catheter-was-re-moved-2-3-days-after-operati-on-.There-were-no-massi-ve-he-morrhage-,i-nfecti-on-,per-itoneu-m-rupture-,i-ntraabdo-mi-nal-visceral-i-nj-ury-,and-other-severe-co-mplicati-ons-.As-for-the-cases-with-hydrone-phrotic-fl-ui-d-vol-u-me-more-than-3-000-mL-,renal-fascial-planes-and-co-mpart-ments-were-carefull-y-observed-.Conclu-sions-:Retroperitoneal-laparoscopic-nephrecto-my-for-nonfuncti-oni-ng-ki-dney-with-giant-hydronephrosis-was-proved-to-be-mi-ni-mall-y-i-nvasi-ve-,safe-and-effecti-ve-.With-respect-to-the-patients-with-hydronephrotic-fl-ui-d-vol-u-me-more-than-3-000-mL-,anato-mical-spaces-shoul-d-be-observed-carefull-y-duri-ng-operati-on-,and-after-operati-on-,the-changes-i-n-the-renal-functi-on-shoul-d-be-assessed-cl-osel-y-.
