Abstract:Laroscopic surgery has widely used in surgery. In laroscopic surgery of rectum and colon, the common used are inflammatory disease, intestines adhere, even the good malignant tumor . The benefits of laroscopic surgery are less trauma, less gastrointestinal disturbance , faster recovery , fewer complications , etc. Now, the laroscopic TME technology has hastened maturely, but the laroscopic CME technique still developing, although it had many literatures to support the the security and the efficacy, but now still not yet standardization and widespread used. This article elaborate the present progress of laroscopic complete mesocolic excision (CME) .
