Abstract:ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of propofol combined with nicardipine in reducing cerebral vasospasm caused by neurointerventional therapy.Methods120 patients who underwent neurointerventional therapy from February 2013 to August 2015 in Hanzhong 3201 hospital were selected. The patients were divided into two groups: observation group (56 cases, propofol combined nicardipine were used during the operation) and control group (64 cases, propofol combined nitroglycerin were used during the operation). Cerebral vasospasm were compared between the two groups.ResultsThe total effective rate in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05); The vasospasm time in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.01); The GOS score have no signiifcant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Before treatment, peak velocity of middle cerebral artery contraction (MCV Vp) between the two groups have no signiifcant difference (P>0.05); After treatment, MCV Vp in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) between the two groups had no statistical signiifcance difference (P<0.05); After treatment, TNF-α in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05), IL-6 in observation group was obviously lower than that in control group (P<0.01).ConclusionsPropofol combined pell horizon can signiifcantly reduce cerebral vasospasm caused by neurointerventional therapy, which is mainly for treating medium and severe cerebral vasospasm and reducing the level of TNF-α and IL-6.
