Abstract:Objective To study the expression of Survivin and nuclear factor-κB (NF-κB) in patients with primary liver cancer. Methods By immunohistochemical method in 35 cases of liver cancer tissue was detected in corresponding tissue adjacent to carcinoma and 10 cases,31 cases of normal liver tissue in the expression of Survivin and NF-κB situation, and analyzes the correlation of the clinical pathology characteristic. Results Survivin protein expression in normal tissue (0/10),the positive expression rate was 91.7% in cancer of the liver tissue, the tissue adjacent to carcinoma was 15.6%,significantly higher than the adjacent tissues and normal tissues, differences between the comparison (x2 =11.12,P < 0.05) ; Survivin expression in liver cancer tissue and the patient' s gender, age, tumor diameter, pathologic stage, portal venous tumor emboli, and no obvious correlation between lymph node metastasis.NF-κB no expression in normal tissue (0/10),and the positive expression rate of 52.80% in the liver tissue, the tissue adjacent to carcinoma was 9.68%,compared with tissue adjacent to carcinoma and normal tissues, clear up,compare their differences (x2 =8.361,P <0.05) ; NF-κB expression in liver cancer tissue and pathological grading, portal venous tumor emboli and lymph node metastasis were positively correlated,x2 value were 11.32,7.86,7.17,P <0.05),there is statistical significance, however, with the patient's gender, age and tumor diameter has no relevance.Survivin,NF-κB expression in liver cancer organizations have no obvious correlation between each other (r =0.712).Conclusion Survivin,NF-κB high expression in the primary liver cancer is associated with the pathophysiology of primary liver cancer.Survivin,NF-κB both in liver cancer group have no obvious correlation between the expression.
