Clinical application of laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery of gastric stromal tumor

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the clinical application value of laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery on gastric stromal tumor.Methods:The clinical data of 32 patients with gastric stromal tumor in our hospital from Au-gust 2013 to March 2016 was retrospectively analyzed.Results:All 32 patients were performed under laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery,including 29 cases with partial gastrectomy,2 cases with distal gastrectomy and 1 case with proximal gastrectomy.Amount of bleeding during operation was (5 ~120)ml,the median 42ml.The peration time was 25 ~140 min,median 58 min.The postoperative gastrointestinal peristalsis recovery time was 38 ~79h median 53h.The postoperative hospitalization time was 5 ~12 days,median 5.7 days.In addition to 1 case with bile reflux gastritis and 1 case with left pleural effusion,the remaining 30 cases had no obvious complications.The results showed that the patients with gastric stromal tumors were treated with R0 resection,and the nuclear division was as high as (3.6 ±0.5)/50HPF,including 3 cases in extremely low risk group,22 cases in low risk group,5 cases in middle risk group and 2 cases in high risk group.7 cases of middle and high risk were treated with imatinib,and the drug adverse reactions did not occurred.All the patients were followed up for 1 ~31 months and the median follow-up time was 21 months.2 cases of high risk were followed up for 30 and 26 months respectively with no tumor recurrence and metasta-sis.Conclusion:Laparoscopic and endoscopic cooperative surgery is safe and effective in the treatment of gastric stro-mal tumor with a certain clinical application value.
