Study of chondrocyte culture liquid anti-angiogenesis of chick embryo chorio-allantoic

Abstract:Objective　To determine whether inhibitor of angiogenesis present or not in chick embryo chondrocytes culture media.Methods　Chick embryo joint chondrocytes digested and isolated by enzyme were grown monolayer culture in vitro. Chondrocyte culture media was collected. The inhibition effect of the culture media on the oricho-allantoic vessel was detected by the chick embryo chorio-allantoic experiment.Results　The amount of the vessel in the experimental groups was 2.75±0.99; that in the control groups was 4.5±1.08. The group of chondrocyte culture media had significant difference compared with control group(P＜0.05); compared with the control groups the vessels in the experimental groups were slender and had few limb. Conclusion　Chondrocytes culture media has the effect of anti-angiogenesis.
