Abstract:For the reason to study the procedure of pathophysiology of cerebral hemorrhage, this review has summarized the models currently used in cerebral hemorrhage scientific research including cerebral hemorrhage model by injection of collagenase, by injection of autologous blood, by filling microsphere and by hypertensive. In this paper, the author will discuss in detail the making method of different animal model such as dog, rabbit, pig, etc. and pathophysiological mechanism and advantages and disadvantages in the research work.
