Abstract:The establishment of an animal model of psoriasis plays an important role in understanding pathogenesis and drug research of psoriasis.In this article,the types of animal model of psoriasis including model induced by propranolol,imiquimod,sodium dodecyl sulfate and cytokines and the limitations of these models are reviewed.
