Research progress on the application of nano-sized dioxide titanium in biomedicine field

Abstract:TiO2 nanomaterial is one of the most widely used nanomaterials in the world, which has bigger specific surface area and outstanding performance in photocatalysis. Recently the application of nano?sized dioxide titanium in the field of biomedicine has raised much attention because of the advanced development of nanotechnology. This review summarizes the application and the possible adverse reactions of nano?sized dioxide titanium in tumor therapy, implant surface modification and antibacterial aspects.
