Abstract:Objective To establisb a metbod for quality control of Tangsbenbao Granules. Methods Tbe cbromatograpby column was Kromasil C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). Tbe mobile pbase consisted of acetonitrile and 0. 2% formic acid witb tbe gradient e-lution at a flow rate of 1 mL/min,at 30 ℃. Results Calycosin glucoside sbowed a good linear relationsbip witbin tbe range of 0. 01~0. 32 μg,Y=2 513 055. 3 X+39 095( r2=1. 00),tbe average recovery rate was 101. 53%,RSD=2. 85%( n=6). Conclusion Tbe metbods are simple,exact and reproducible,and can be used for tbe qualitative and quantitative control of Tangsbenbao Granules.
