Determination of gallic acid in different parts of Antenoron filiforme by HPLC

Abstract:Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of gallic acid in different parts of A ntenoron f ili f orme . Methods The test was carried out on a C18 column(250 mm × 4 .6 mm ,5 μm) ,with methanol 1 mL ? L - 1 phosphoric acid solution (4 ∶ 96) as the mobile phase .The flow rate was 1 mL ? min - 1 and the detection wavelength was 272 nm ;the column temperature was 30 ℃ .Results The linear range of gallic acid was 0 .041 0-0 .205 0 μg (r = 1) ,and the average recovery was 101 .3% with RSD 1 .65% (n= 6) .Conclusion The method is simple and accurate ,and provides a basis for the further development of Antenoron f iliforme .
