In accordance with China's national conditions,among the factors of monopolistic behaviors,the most serious damage to the market economy comes from administrative monopoly,therefore the breakthrough should be located in antiadministrative-monopoly to set limits to the boundary of government power,particularly by limiting its power to monopolize the market through administrative authorities,so as to provide fresh power for economic development to enter the new normal. In building the multi-layered capital market,the "OTC"market is one of recent typical examples of the government policy in artificially creating unequal competitive environment,which requires thorough investigation and correction.

Abstract:Objective: To propose countermeasures for online pharmacies and promote the development of online pharmacies in China. Method: To summarize development status of China’s online pharmacies through literature analysis. The number of online pharmacies in China has increased year by year, and China’s policies have gradually opened up. However, there’s still imperfect situation in the medicine quality, pharmaceutical care, logistics and distribution, unopened OTC medicines, the online pharmacies are not docked with the social insurance, and other issues that hinder the development of online pharmacies. Results and Conclusion: Online pharmacies enhance corporate self-discipline, and establish third-party logistics, thus to improve the quality of the pharmaceutical care, gradually opening OTC medicine sales, achieve the docking with the social insurance system and others to promote the development of online pharmacies in China.

Abstract:Low market share, small scale, inappropriate product structure, relatively high market concentration, and heavy dependence on Asian markets such as Japan and Korea are some of the characteristics of the current exportation status of traditional Chinese medicinal materials (TCMM). The profound reasons for these problems lie in the cultural, technological and informative barriers between TCMM and the international market as well as the underdevelopment of TCMM modernization. Therefore, measures should be taken to enhance the cultural exchange and strategic cooperation in TCMM marketing with international organizations, implement a standardization of TCMM, establish information sharing and other supporting mechanisms, and accelerate TCMM modernization and innovation.

Abstract:Through reviewing the current international market for traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), this paper identified the internationalization challenges for TCM, including unclear therapeutic material basis and mechanism, difficulty of quality control, low preparation level, registration/policy barriers, and shortage of intellectual property. To deal with these challenges, suggestions were given including: (1) product innovation of TCM (study the TCM by using the methods and means of western medicine; innovate the basic theory of TCM; develop TCM health product); (2) standard innovation of TCM; (3) building big data platform of Chinese medicine (big data platform of TCM preparation; big data platform on the quality of TCM).

Abstract:With China's economic and social developments,the demand for healthcare services has been increasing rapidly.Traditional Chinese medicine is a unique healthcare resource and an economic resource with great potential in China.The services provided by traditional Chinese medicine include health preservation,healthcare,medical treatment,rehabilitation,and so forth,while the core of traditional medicine is the supply of healthcare services based on traditional Chinese medicinal products.The modernization of traditional Chinese medicine will promote the quiet formation of a comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine.A comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine involves the cultivation,R&D,production,circulation,and sales of traditional Chinese medical products,which are part of a long industry chain that crosses both sectors and regions.A comprehensive healthcare industry that is based on traditional Chinese medicine has st-ong advantages that include the adjustment of industrial structures,the ability to increase farmer income and employment,service toward healthcare reform,benefits toward people's livelihood,and ecological protection.This paper expounds the development situation of the comprehensive healthcare industry based on traditional Chinese medicine,analyzes existing problems and shortcomings,and proposes a strategic center,two strategic priorities,four developing directions,and six key initiatives.

METHODS:The positive contribution of pharmaceutical advertising to the economy and society was analyzed, and the reasons behind fraudulent drug ads that occurred frequently in recent years were examined. RESULTSCONCLUSION: Pharmaceutical advertising forms the mainstay of China's advertising market, which is needed for marketing purposes. To regulate fraudulent drug ads, related regulatory control should be strengthened in combination with enhancing consumers' knowledge.

Abstract:Recent years, with a great development of Chinese pharmaceutical E-commerce, many problems appeared. This article analyzed the opportunity and threaten factors of Chinese Pharmaceutical E-commerce. Chinese pharmaceutical E-commerce has huge domestic market, mature enterprises, advanced technology for its advantages; but limited hospital prescription, distribution channel problem, separated with medical insurance and competition with pharmaceutical retailing were still existed as disadvantages. Therefore, this article offered some suggestion, which may provide theoretical support for the government's pharmaceutical policy.

Abstract:This paper is based on the investigation and research for a project — China and Europe Taking Care of Healthcare Solutions and aims to discuss the trading environment of traditional Chinese medicinal product in European Union from the legal aspect including E.U. pharmaceutical law and World Trade Organization rules. It concerns the general knowledge of healthcare issues of WTO law, basic understandings of Chinese and western people concerning Traditional Chinese Medicine and market access provision of E.U. pharmaceutical law, hereinto to discuss the prospect and development difficulties and trend of TCM in E.U., and economic and political concerns are involved. The methodology of qualitative study is used, mainly including literature review, case study, and interview. It concludes that the E.U. law has set up standards to register traditional herbal medicinal products, yet it is very difficult for TCMP producers to reach the standards at this moment due to the lack of scientific data and references. E.U. has recognized the merit of traditional medicine; by comparing with the full acceptance of the efficacy of western conventional medicine, the writers foresee that traditional Chinese medicine will require a more general treatment in law of trade sooner or later.

Abstract:This paper,by referring to the practices in American bond market,summarizes the related policies and provisions of American bond market and Chinese bond market to consider the market strategies for corporate bond in China.We conclude that Chinese corporate bond market should be supervised by China Securities Regulatory Commission,issued under Approval Regulation and gradually transited to Shelf Registration,and traded on the inter-bank market which is an OTC market facing institutional investors.Besides,it is also important to develop self-discipline organization,to encourage private placement,and to perfect make-market system.

Abstract:The development of the pharmaceutical industry is the cornerstone for safeguarding people’s lives and health. This study is based on a macro perspective and provides a comprehensive and in-depth comparison of the development trend of the pharmaceutical industry in China and abroad. It is pointed out that the global market size and strategic position of the pharmaceutical industry in various countries are constantly improving. Meanwhile, the development prospect of China’s pharmaceutical industry is broad, and the potential market space is large. On this basis, we further explore the development prospects and driving factors of China’s pharmaceutical industry, including changes in population structure and increased health awareness, increasing global competitive pressure, sustained government investment and support for the pharmaceutical industry, and increase in research and development (R & D) investment by leading enterprises. Moreover, from the perspective of medical practice, we propose the challenges faced by the pharmaceutical industry in five aspects: precision, safety, timeliness, affordability, and policy guarantee. Furthermore, in response to the challenges we face, we propose the following targeted countermeasures: (1) building and maintaining a refined large-populationbased cohort and data platform while providing sustained support; (2) accelerating the R & D and transformation of China’s internationally leading technologies in the pharmaceutical industry to strengthen original innovation and seize the market; (3) promoting the industrialization of pharmaceutical R & D by encouraging industry–education–research integration in the R & D and clinical trials stage, strengthening the evaluation ability in the evaluation stage, and improving guarantee services such as intellectual property protection in the promotion stage of innovative products; (4) improving multi-level medical security channels to strive for more sources of support and reduce the burden of self-payment for patients; and (5) enhancing the full chain of policy protection and implementation efficiency to effectively stimulate the development momentum of the medical industry. This study aims to provide a reference for the subsequent investment, policy formulation, and development decisions of China’s pharmaceutical industry.

Abstract:As the second largest pharmaceutical market with a great potential for future growth, China has drawn much attention from the global pharmaceutical community. With an increasing government investment in biomedical research, the domestic biopharmaceutical (biotechnological) companies in China are turning their attention to the development of innovative medicines and targeting the global market. To introduce innovative products to Chinese patients sooner, to improve the efficiency of its review and approval processes, and to harmonize its regulatory science with international standards, the China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA) has initiated a series of major changes to its policies and regulations. This paper presents a snapshot of China’s pharmaceutical market, and research and development status, and introduces technical guidelines pertaining to clinical trials and new drug applications. The recent wave of ground-breaking reforms in CFDA’s regulatory science is discussed. Examples of clinical trials and new drug applications are provided throughout the discussion.
