UFLC Fingerprint of Shenxiong Glucose Injection

Abstract:The fingerprint of Shenxiong glucose injection was established by UFLC.A Diamonsil C18column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid by gradient elution at the detection wavelength of 230 nm.Ten common peaks were defined in different fingerprints and seven characteristic peaks were identified as tanshinol,tetramethylpyrazine hydrochloride,protocatechuic aldehyde,salvianolic acid D,rosmarinic acid,salvianolic acid B and salvianolic acid A.Under the same selected chromatographic conditions,the fingerprints of raw drugs,the intermediates and products were obtained with good separation and correlation.The similarity analysis of 17 batches of Shenxiong glucose injection were over 0.98.
