Analysis of oxaliplatin in 139 cases of adverse reactions

Abstract:Objective:To explore the adverse reactions of oxaliplatin in clinical application. Methods:2517 cases of pa-tients with gastrointestinal cancer therapy with oxaliplatin From March 2009 to March 2014 were used as the main clinical data,and the occurrence and clinical characteristics of the retrospective analysis of 139 cases of adverse reactions of oxali-platin were made. Results:In 2517 cases,139 cases of patients had adverse reactions of oxaliplatin with the incidence rate at 5. 52%( 139/2517 );adverse reactions included gastrointestinal toxicity,neurotoxicity,hematopoietic toxicity,bone marrow suppression,allergic reactions and drug fever,with adverse reaction of close digestive tract being the most high,up to 54. 82%,the degree of adverse reaction was light,and adverse reaction was cured or improved after active treatment;there was no statistical difference in oxaliplatin induced by drug adverse reaction and sex,age,type of primary tumor and chemotherapy(P>0. 05). Conclusion:It is important to monitor adverse reactions in the application of oxaliplatin chemo-therapy,so that prevention and treatment are done in a timely manner for adverse reaction.
