Abstract:ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of da Vinci robotic surgery system in the treatment of gynecological tumors. Methods A total of 2 5 patients with gynecological tumors were treated with da Vinci robotic surgery system. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and intraoperative and postoperative complications were observed in these patients. Results The operation was successfully performed and no intraoperative and postoperative complications were found in all patients. The operation time and intraoperative blood loss were,respectively,(171.9±42.5) minutes and(85.0±43.5)mL for endometrial cancer(robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterec-tomy+double adnexectomy+pelvic lymph node dissection),(156.5±44.2)minutes and(75.0± 28.9)mL for cervical cancer(robot-assisted total laparoscopic extensive hysterectomy+double salpingectomy+pelvic lymph node dissection),145.0 minutes and 100.0 mL for uterine leiomyo-ma(robot-assisted laparoscopic leiomyoma excision),(107.5±10.6)minutes and(20.0±5.0)mL for ovarian cysts(robot-assisted laparoscopic oophorocystectomy),and(109.1±45.3)minutes and (50.0±30.7)mL for uterine leiomyoma complicated by adenomyosis(robot-assisted laparoscopic radical hysterectomy+double salpingectomy). Conclusion The da Vinci robotic surgical system is safe and feasible for the treatment of gynecological tumors, but results in longer operation time and more bleeding. Therefore, the technical skill should be improved to promote the development of minimally invasive surgery.
