Abstract:Cancer is a disease caused by multiple factors, which must be considered the treatment mechanism from many aspects. The continuous development of medicine and its related fields, especially molecular biology technology, make people have a further understanding about the pathogenesis of tumor and carry on the corresponding treatments, it is the tumor targeted therapy. Tumor targeted therapy is in the cell and molecular level that people use certain spe-cific carriers, drugs or other active substances to selectively transport them to the tumor site, restricting treatment or drug effect as far as possible within a specific target cell, tissue or organ, kill tumor cells specifically and will not af-fect the normal cells, tissues or organ function. It's a way to improve curative effects and reduce side effects. This arti-cle is to make a review on the development present situation of tumor targeted therapy, the targets and mechanism, ex-isting problems and development prospect.
