Investigation on depression status quo of patients with maintenance hemodialysis and factor analysis

Abstract:Objective To understand the depression status of maintenance hemodialysis patients ,and to an-alyze the related factors affecting depression .Methods Using self rating depression scale (SDS) ,life events scale (ADL) ,social support scale (SSRS) ,family function scale Jane to questionnaire survey of 124 patients with main-tenance hemodialysis .Results One hundred and twenty-four cases of depression patients in 58 patients with main-tenance hemodialysis ,the rate of 46 .8% .Patients self-image influence situation ,life activity ,social support and happiness are the influence factors of depression .Conclusion Maintenance hemodialysis patients with relatively high incidence of depression ,health care workers should strengthen the psychological situation of patient observa-tion and understanding ,to guide its active face ,maintain the psychological state of relatively healthy ,reduce the incidence of depression ,and improve the therapeutic effect of hemodialysis .
