Interpretation of Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes-2017

Abstract:The first edition of Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes ( "Standards of Care" ), was created in 1998, and developed every year according to the best clinical evidence since 2002 by the American Diabetes Association (ADA). Now this standard has become one of the most important guidelines under which the physicians could do good clinical practices. Recently, ADA publishes the latest"Standards of Care"in the form of supplements on Diabetes Care, intended to provide clinicians, researchers and patients with the components of diabetes care, general treatment goals, and tools to evaluate the quality of care. This interpretation will focus on the hot issues and the updates of importance.
