Abstract:Objective: To estimate the admitted patients who are in high risk of pressure sore, and to assess the patients further. Methods: Development the information system of patients assessment at pressure sore high risk for early warning, including the admission high assessment, and the system prompts the prevention and nursing measures of pressure ulcer, reporting system. Results This information system can help nurses distinguishing the high risk patients in pressure sore, and guide nurses to give the patients professional nursing prevention. Conclusion: This information system can improve the assessment ratio in pressure sore high risk of admission patients, and standardize the nurses' procedure in pressure sore prevention.
